The festival season is in full swing, and we are super excited for the first installment of Seaview Festival next month.
Presented by austerity records, this new music festival is happening on Saturday, 8th of July at iconic seafront venue De La Warr Pavilion in Bexhill-on-Sea.
Expect a day of live performances from established artists/DJ’s & the best in up-&-coming acts with the likes of WARMDUSCHER, BC CAMPLIGHT, AIRCOOLED, SNAYX, HEARTWORMS, PALE BLUE EYES, WINTER GARDENS, OFFICE FOR PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT & DJ JAMES ENDEACOTT (SOHO RADIO).
If you want to have a good time, Fat White Family offshoot Warmduscher is definitely the band for you as they bring you joy and funky, infectious tunes. They recently finished a successful North America tour and have a well-received appearance at SXSW under their belt. Latest single 'Love Strong' is out on Bella Union Records:
Whilst making his new album "The Last Rotation Of Earth", American songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Brian Christinzio aka BC Camplight’s relationship with his fiancé crumbled after nine years. The album follows this break-up amid long-term struggles with addiction and mental health. The outcome is an extraordinary record. This follows his 2020 album "Shortly After Takeoff", which got him the best reviews of his life - and a "A masterpiece," The Guardian's 5 star review:
Our favourite Brighton serpent's Snayx are known for their ferocious live sets and visceral, hard-hitting bass riffs. The DIY trio of Charlie Herridge (lead vocals/guitar) , Ollie Horner (bass) & newest member Lainey Loops (drums) have just finished UK & EU tours with the likes of Kid Kapichi & Panic Shack in support of blistering debut EP "Weaponized Youth". South London’s Heartworms makes powerfu dark tunes. Singer-Songwriter Jojo Orme is the heart of the project and recently signed to cult indie label Speedy Wunderground.
