Pigeonhole are a London based post punk outfit comprised of 8 official members. No wonder their music sounds like a party in full swing! Pigeonhole release new single ‘Sir Pat’ and according to the band he is ‘The Master of the Universe’. This is a foot-stomping track, opening with funky percussions, jangly guitars and floor-friendly drum beats. The horns in the middle section are just spectacular. What a sound! ‘Sir Pat’ has inspired Pigeonhole to make a track ready for the return of the dancefloors. And we are ready to dance!
Not surprisingly Pigeonhole are Brixton Windmill regulars and boy oh boy the resumption of gigs is inching ever closer. They must be ready to flap those wings and fly into action onstage. Frontman Marko Andić keeps all the band members tight and grooving. Here’s to it not being too long until we can all join the party with Pigeonhole and celebrate the funky ‘Sir Pat’.
